Clackamas Women’s Services (CWS) is a local non-profit agency serving survivors of domestic and sexual violence. CWS provides a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, counseling services, children’s services, transitional housing, legal advocacy, support groups, and community outreach. 24-hour crisis line: 503-654-2288/1-888-654-2288.
The District Attorney’s Office Victim Assistance Program offers services and support to victims of all types of crimes, which includes: a 24-hour crisis line, assistance with protective order applications, information about victim rights (including assistance in filing for Crime Victims Compensation), acting as a liaison between the victim and the prosecutor or law enforcement agency, general information regarding the criminal justice system process, court accompaniment and referrals to community resources. 24-hour crisis line: 503.655.8616.
Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Domestic Violence Enhanced Response Team (DVERT) works to enhance the safety of domestic violence victims and their children. Through a coordinated response with its Clackamas County partners, DVERT improves domestic violence investigations, prosecution and offender accountability.
